Sharing our faith can be hard sometimes. We want to do it in love, but sometimes we just straight up offend people. It's a hard balance! We never want to be shy about our faith, but we also want to do it in a way that makes other people feel loved. Here's a few thoughts and experiences I've had at successfully sharing what I believe with honesty, while valuing and honoring other's perspectives. Listen in above.

Thank you for this wonderful audio Chelsie. I love how you shared the importance of learning other peoole’s stories and having sincere care for people. When I used to work as an occupational therapist, I met a few traveling therapists from around the world and loved hearing about their religions. I remember one woman in particular who was Muslim and had such love and compassion for people. It was a joy to share with her how I became a Christian in my late 20’s when God’s grace through Jesus completely overwhelmed me in a good way and I didn’t have to keep up with trying to earn my way to Heaven. She listened. We both shared. And we both went away believing differently but loving and accepting each other. Thank you again for this encouragement. I’m thanking God for you. PS: loved hearing Amelia too. 💗

Chelsea, this podcast is such a blessing and timely as well! I've shared with a group of homeschoolers the importance of sharing our story as I shared my testimony. The next week we sent encouraging notes out to each other so that we are connecting and loving one another. This coming week I'm going to actually share this podcast because if Jesus is that gift that we so cherish than our story, our love and our passion for him can hopefully overflow and reach others who could experience what we have. At the very least we have stepped out in faith with love and compassion keeping in mind wonderful steps and ideas you have covered here. Blessings back to you and your growing family. :)
